We just received an update from NAVFAC and the Kitsap County Health Department that the "no contact advisory" for the beach and water near the spill is still in effect until further notice.

The spill has been stopped and clean-up of the area is in progress. Kitsap County will be back out later today (November 28th) to sample the water.
